About the Speaker
Brian Teubner, International Trade Manager, Empire State Development – Global NY:
Brian Teubner works with businesses in New York City and across NYS to promote export growth as part of the Global NY division at NYS Empire State Development. To achieve this, Global NY has programs that can provide export market intelligence and distributor searches as well as grants to offset the costs of eligible trade activities, such as trade show attendance. He directly manages the Global NY Grant Fund which provides awarded NYS companies a matching grant for eligible export activities. Previously he worked in the Long Island Regional Office and New York City Regional Office of Empire State Development to promote business growth and economic development. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and is originally from Long Island.
