One of the ways NELP supports entrepreneurs is through legal clinics. These virtual clinics offer confidential, one-on-one appointments where entrepreneurs meet with a volunteer attorney(s) to discuss a range of small business legal issues. Common topics include choosing a business structure, contract and agreement guidance, intellectual property protections, commercial leasing, and more. NELP’s clinics are designed to provide one-time legal advice and guidance.
