Agentic AI Onboarding for Small Businesses and Solo Entrepreneurs (Part 1 of 2)

November 11 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

This is the first session of a 2-part workshop. Part 2 takes place on Wednesday, November 18.

Running a small business means constantly making decisions with limited time, data, and resources. Which customers should you reach out to first? Where are the best opportunities for growth? How can you spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time building your business?

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll see how agentic AI can help tackle these challenges through practical, real-world demonstrations designed for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Learn

  • From chatbots to AI agents: How AI agents differ from traditional chatbots and can carry out multi-step tasks toward specific business goals.
  • Identify your next best customers: How an AI agent can combine public data, market research, and competitive insights to uncover underserved markets and build a targeted outreach list.
  • Streamline everyday workflows: How AI agents can work with email and calendars to simplify routine tasks.
  • Use AI responsibly: Key considerations around data privacy, client confidentiality, and unexpected costs when connecting AI agents to your business tools.

Who Should Attend?

Small business owners, solo entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and early-stage founders who want practical ways to apply AI to their businesses. No coding experience required.

What You’ll Need

  • A laptop (Mac or Windows)
  • An active paid AI subscription (Claude or ChatGPT) so you can follow along with the demonstrations
