Before Due Diligence

This workshop is intended for well-established businesses, whose owners are contemplating the sale of their business or another exit strategy. The information provided will help the owner put all its books and records in order; identify “hidden liabilities” that should be addressed; and otherwise put the business in a position to expedite the due diligence investigation. It is useful mostly for Sellers but can give Buyers valuable information, too.
