Expand Your Business Internationally with ATA Carnets

August 12 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Join the Queens Economic Development Corporation (QEDC) and the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) to learn how ATA Carnets—the global “passport for goods”—can help businesses explore and expand into international markets while reducing costs and simplifying customs procedures.

Whether you’re exhibiting at an overseas trade show, demonstrating prototypes to prospective customers, transporting equipment for live events or short term projects, or bringing commercial samples to meetings abroad, ATA Carnets allow you to temporarily take goods into over 80 countries for up to one year without paying import duties and taxes.

This webinar will introduce this practical and often-overlooked tool that helps small and medium-sized businesses reduce administrative burdens and avoid unnecessary costs when transporting goods internationally. Participants will learn how companies across a wide range of industries can obtain and use ATA Carnets to support their global opportunities. The session will also highlight the new eATA, or digital Carnet, that launched this year to further streamline the temporary admissions process.
