As a business owner, it’s important you understand the value of reviews, how to respond to them, and what you can do to get more. In this session, we will provide tips and tricks for navigating the world of online reviews and also explain the best way to manage your online reputation.
Meet Ali Schwartz – The Yelp NYC Local Business Partner. Ali works to build a thriving network of local business owners, managers & marketers. She hosts a series of both online and offline events to provide business owners with resources to help educate them on the ever-changing world of online review sites, especially when it comes to Yelp. Ali is also your local Yelp For Business Owners expert in the NYC Metro area; she provides training for local business organizations on the free tools available on Yelp as well as in-person 1:1 consultative assistance. Ali regularly takes actionable feedback from the NYC business community to the different business owner-focused divisions at Yelp HQ so Yelp can continue to improve the overall business user experience.
