Understanding Financial Statements for Non-Accountants
Financial statements tell the story of a business, but many entrepreneurs never fully learn how to read them. This workshop is designed specifically for non-accountants who want to better understand the numbers behind their business and make stronger financial decisions with confidence.
During this session, participants will break down the three core financial statements: the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. The workshop will explain financial terminology in simple language while helping business owners identify warning signs of overspending, underperformance, or cash flow issues. Participants will also learn the difference between deductible and non-deductible expenses, what numbers should be monitored regularly, and how financial statements can be used to measure the overall health of a business.
